Meet your Hollistic Health Coach!


      I am Triné and I’m a certified personal trainer who has been interested in fitness and nutrition
since the 6th grade. With a vending machine at every corner of my middle school and school
lunches that heavily consisted of pizza, fries, melted cheese, and cinnamon rolls, I began to
notice how these things made me look and feel, and it wasn’t always the best. I recall reading
my first nutrition label on a bag of Cheetos at the lunch table in the 6th grade. I was fascinated
and wanted to learn more. Over the past 20 years, I have done just that. My passion for fitness
and nutrition led me to pursue a career in personal training, with a focus on holistic health.
As a holistic health specialist, I believe in treating the body as a whole and finding a balance
between physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I specialize in creating personalized
fitness and nutrition plans that work for each individuals unique needs and goals, with a
holistic approach in mind.


      When I am not working with clients, you can find me lifting weights, going on cruises, spending
time with my dogs, volunteering at church, or enjoying quality time with my friends and family.
My love for fitness and nutrition is not limited to my career, but is a lifestyle that I enjoy sharing
with others.


     As a personal trainer, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals, whether it's
losing weight, building muscle, or improving overall health and well-being. I believe that each
individuals fitness journey is unique, and I'm committed to providing personalized attention and
guidance that incorporates both physical and mental wellness.


     My warm, compassionate, and personalized approach has helped me build strong relationships
with my clients. I am passionate about helping them live healthier and happier lives, and I'm
always excited to share my knowledge and expertise with them.
